Deborah was born September 15, 1962 in Lancaster, PA, the daughter of Robert Davis Rice and MaryJane (Walton) Rice. She was the wife of Arthur Colesby Mills IV.
Deborah was a Senior Freight Analyst employed by FedEx Freight, Newburgh, NY.
Deborah was a loving mother and wife and desired nothing more than to be surrounded by her family at all times. She was a loving and caring woman. She was very much loved and will be truly missed.
She is survived by her husband: Arthur Colesby Mills IV at home; her parents Robert Davis Rice and MaryJane Rice of Indiana; sons, Thomas Kent Range of Minisink Valley, NY, Andrew C. Range and fiancé, Heather White at home and Robert William Mills at home; daughter, Cyrah Allison Mills at home; 4 stepchildren, Arthur Mills V and wife Serena of Highland Mills, Kerry Lynne Mills of Monroe, Ashley Littlejohn and husband Luke of Ft. Louis, WA and Brianna Mills of Central Valley, NY; sister, Kate and husband Newt of Sullivan County; 4 grandchildren, Andrea, Syrus, Hadley and Hailey and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Spring to be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Deborah's name to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or to the family as desired.
