Joan M. Jewell, age 68, of Middletown, NY, died Sunday, November 5, 2006 at her residence in Middletown. Mrs. Jewell was born July 26, 1938 in Queens, NY the daughter of the late Harold and Ethel (Kopp) Korff. She was employed by Orange County, Goshen, NY as a Claims Representative. She is survived by two sons: Mark S. Jewell and his wife, Maryann of Middletown, Michael P. Jewell of Boulder Creek, CA.; brother, Harold Korff and wife Adeline of Garnerville, NY; brother-in-law, Fred Jewell and wife Ruth of Trenton, NJ; Grandchildren, Corrinne Lucia; Chandler Robert; Cameron Paige; nieces and nephews, Theodore Korff; Timothy Korff; Tracy Lam; Tricia Korff; Kenneth Jewell; Larry Jewell Predeceased by granddaughter, Claire Louise Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church St. Goshen. A Prayer Service will be held Wednesday, Nov 8, 2006 at 10:30AM at The Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church Street, Goshen. Internment will be in Wallkill Cemetery, Middletown. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joan's name to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan, 800 Stony Brook Ct. Newburgh, NY 12550. Arrangements Under the direction of the Donovan Funeral Home.
