I am Adelaide's great daughter Sherry Lee, I have so many memories of her IDK where to begin.
My great grandma also surived 3 great great grandsons, Louis, Bryce and Shayne.
My recent memory would be last watching her her with great great grandsons on holidays, she never missed any special occasions we had. She would sit and color and read with my boys, She would look at my son Louis and say my God, Johnny's here and we all laugh. she would pick up her 4 yr old great grandson Shayne and place him on her lap, I think he was taller then she. Heart breaking.
I would sit there and watch and think to myself how proud I was to have a great grandmother and my sons to have a great great grandma, not to many families are blessed how we were to have her so long.
She always reminded me when I was l lil girl , we would be walking in Goshen going to Church, I would say Look grandma look at the pretty lady with the flowers and she would touch my head and say Sherry lee you will grow up to be a prettier lady and hand me a flower.
Sadly I've miss the past 3 yrs of her life, but she was always in my heart each and every day. She will be remember forever in my family tree.
She is up in the high heavens now with my mother, Sharyn, my father, John and my 2 grandfathers Jake and Bill looking down at us all saying a prayer for each and everyone of our families.
