So sorry for your loss! Th last time we saw Jim was at Helen Tear’s Memorial Service . we had lunch at Delancy’s. He was not well then but he did his best to have conversation with us . Gerry , Hank , Jim And myself ! Hank is in the hospital we can’t join you. You are in our prayers!

I first met Jimmy on the baseball field at Goshen High. I just moved from Chester, and I was about to start my sophomore year at Goshen. It was the summer league, and Jimmy and I were on different teams. I didn't really know him then, but I soon learned that he was a tough competitor, just as I was.
Jimmy was one of the most popular kids at Goshen, and if I were smarter, I would have started to hang out with him. It seemed every girl was his friend !
We were teammates on the Varsity basketball team for a year, as Jimmy was a class ahead of me.
As Athletic Director at Warwick, I got to see more of him and we became really good friends. He was, by far, the easiest director to work with. We probably spent more time on the phone just talking than we did in our official positions.
Jimmy was a friend that I wish I spent more time with. My memories of him always brings smiles to me.
Jimmy loved Goshen as much as Goshen loved him ! No one will ever forget him. He made that strong impact on everyone who met him or even spent a small amount of time with him.
I know he is up in Heaven looking for new challenges, and I am certain he is looking up his friends from his past !

Coach, Thank you for teaching me how to be a better person. You knew how to point me in the right direction when I would go off the beaten path. I did many times as a student, athlete, coach, official and person. Your lessons have stayed with me as I have used them thru out my life and professional career. Thank you for being my teacher, coach, golf league member and friend.

Jim coached our 8th grade football team to an undefeated season, one I will never forget.
He was a role mode to all his student athletes and an inspiration to all who knew him.
