Obituary of John Bullis

John Bullis, 76, of Monroe, NY entered into rest on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Garnet Medical Center, Middletown, NY. 

John was born January 13, 1947, in Pearl River, NY, the son of Stephen and Viola Bullis. John was a hard worker who always took pride in his work and enjoyed creating something from nothing. John was a kind and caring man, always willing to step in and give someone a hand when needed. 

He is survived by his children, Shana Finnegan and husband, James of Monroe, NY, Michael Bullis and wife, Pookie of Hawthorne, NJ, and Tiffany Cwynar and husband, Aiden of Monroe, NY; grandchildren, Madeline Finnegan, James Finnegan, and Wells Cwynar. He is survived by his sister, Linda Metress. 

He was predeceased by his sister, Charlotte Heisler and brother, Stephen Bullis. 

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023, from 5-7PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. Burial will be private.
