"Frannie May 8, 2010 Frances E."Frannie" Vitale, age 89, of Goshen, NY. died Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Valley View Center for nursing Care & Rehabilitation. Frannie was born November 8, 1920 in Plattsburgh, NY. She is the daughter of the late Napolean Garrant and the late Edith (Baker) Garrant. She married Anthony P. Vitale who Predeaced her on March 18, 2006. She was Co-Owner of the Trot Inn Resturant, Goshen, NY . She was an avid knitter, always knitting items for family & Friends Family statement - She was a loving Mother & Grandmother The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Valley View Center for Nursing Care & Rebabilitation for the great care that their mother received while she was a resident there. She is survived by 1 Son - Anthony P. Vitale, Jr. & his wife Kim of Greenville, NY., 2 Daughters - Barbara McCourtney & Husband John of New Hampton, NY; Josephine Monroe & Husband Dennis of Middletown, NY.; 5 Grandchildren - Melissa McCourtney and Fiancee Daniel Brown,' John J. McCourtney, Shari Morrone and Husband John, Dennis Monroe & wife Doreen and Paige Vitale; 3 Great Grandchildren - Danielle and Jessica Morrone and Jordin Monroe. Frannie was PreDeceased by Her Husband; Anthony P. Vitale, Brothers - Harold & Harry Garrant, Sisters - Helen Vitale and Caroline Benfatto A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 12 at St. John The Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen,, NY.
