Helen Marie Boyle, a person who was pure joy. Someone who just kept on giving. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great gm, Aunt and friend.
Little did I know when my sister, Anne, and her dear husband, Eddie, moved to Murray Avenue that the Kruppenbachers would also be the recipient of the Boyle’s hospitality.
As I read HM’s obituary, I was reminded of all the wonderful memories we all shared. Once you were invited to the Christmas party including the “village” display, you never wanted to miss the next year. This was closely followed by the Easter Egg Hunt with the McBrides, Boyles and Barnes. Then, of course, Tanglewood, even one or two “family” reunions, Anna Marie Island etc.
In all the years I’ve known Helen, I never heard her utter a negative word about anyone. She loved her family and celebrated each and everyone of them. She and Pat opened their home to Poppy and her dear children opened their hearts to her.
