A: Vicki and I went to Fowler Elementary school together many years ago..She was always happy and laughing..She was a good person..
Vicky was a beautiful soul who loved everyone. I knew Vicky through her nephew Tony and wife Maria. Over the years we shared numerous bbqs, milestone celebrations and block parties together. Vicky was the life of each occasion and I will truly miss her. May you RIP my sweet friend and be reunited with your loved ones! You will be missed by so many ❤️
