Obituary of Jeffrey Glenn Mills Sr.

Jeffrey Glenn Mills, Sr., 63, of Middletown entered into rest Monday, February 24, 2025. Jeffrey "Grampy" was born December 16, 1961, in Goshen, NY. He is the son of the late Ezra, and the late Betty (Miller) Mills. A mountain of a man with a larger-than-life personality he had a penchant for being "all in" and the best at whatever he was involved in. Always there when you needed him, the only thing bigger than his personality was his ability to do nearly anything. He was proud to serve his community as a volunteer firefighter with the New Hampton Fire Company and reached the rank of Assistant Chief. He was a member of the Denton Presbyterian Church and served as a trustee and an elder. He retired from the Town Of Wawayanda, Slate Hill, NY as the Chief Water and Wastewater Plant Operator. As an accomplished finish carpenter, he left his masterpieces all over the tri-state area. His historic home restoration work is renowned amongst his peers. He is survived by his son Gregory Bosch and his wife Shanna Bosch; son Jeffrey Mills Jr and his wife Julie Mills; daughter Christen Mills; grandchildren Todd Bosch, Kayleigh Bosch, David Mills, Jacob Mills, and Jacklyn Mills, Visitation will be held on Friday February 28, 2025 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church St., Goshen, NY 10924. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Jeff's name to the New Hampton Fire Company, New Hampton NY.
