Family meant the world to him. Billy was a loving Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather and Uncle. He will be deeply missed by all. His nephew loved him and took him fishing which was his delight. His nieces were always there to love him and cared about him. They always had cookouts as did his son and wife. He loved them all.
His stay at Park Manor was mostly easy on him because of Colleen, Mureen and Kim his nurses who cared for him. He got special care from the Unite 3 aids, sweet Natilie, Liz, Karen, Wendy and many more. He was blessed to have them for Caregivers.
