Obituary of Julia Galvin

Julia Galvin Middletown, NY Julia Galvin, age 100, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2008. She was born in Galway, Ireland and came to the United States in 1925. Julia is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Frances and Michael Quinn, her grandchildren Christine of Middletown, Marybeth of Middletown, Susan of Illinois, Patrick of Middletown, Michael of Greenwood Lake, Tara of Monroe, Corrine of Bainbridge, GA, Michael of Atlanta, GA, William of Cumming, GA, Theresa of Campbell Hall, Joseph of Arizona and thirteen great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughters, Mary Voelker and Eileen Naughton and her son William Galvin. Even though she is no longer with us on this earth, she will continue to shine her light on us all. She will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have her in their lives. Visitation will be Friday, September 12, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 9:30 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Avenue, Goshen.
