Obituary of Frances Marie Korycki

Frances M. Korycki, a homemaker and retired dairy farmer died Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at the Valley View Center For Nursing Care, Goshen.
The daughter of the late Matthew and the late Sophie (Konkol) Kazucki, she was born on April 8, 1914 in Passaic, NJ. She was the widow of the late Anthony Tony Korycki.
Frances received the Golden Sheaf Certificate for 60 years of continuous Grange membership. She earned the Degree of Ceres from the National Grange and the Degree of Flora from the State Grange.
Survivors include her daughter, Priscilla Chris Gersbeck and her husband Philip of Goshen, her grandson, Joseph; her nephew, John Wolek of Goshen; her cousins, Mary Konkol of Lowville, NY and Martin Konkol of Turin, NY; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Stella Wolek.
The family wishes to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to Elant for the guidance and services they provided for her at home care. Also, the family acknowledges the professional concern of all the employees at The Valley View Center for Nursing Care. We are eternally grateful to the dedicated staff on Couser, D100 for their constant care and attentiveness to Frances needs.
Visitation will be held at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church St., Goshen on Friday, Mar. 30, 2007 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Mar. 31, 2007 at 10:00 AM, at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen.
Memorial contributions may be sent to a charity of ones choice.
