Richard J. Behrens, 71, of Goshen, N.Y., died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at home.
Richard was born March 6, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Frederick A Behrens and the late Mary Elizabeth (Tomecek) Behrens.
Richard served in the United States Army. He retired from Chase Bank, N.Y. in July 1996, as a Vice President of Trusts & Estates. He loved hunting, fishing and his Golden Retrievers.
He is survived by 2 brothers - George Behrens & his wife Patricia of Rochester, NY, William Behrens of Dover, Delaware; 3 sisters -Mary Byers of Charlotte, NC, Dorothy Olear & her husband Robert of Woodbridge, N.J., and Christine Balka of Arlington, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, 14 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY.
