Obituary of Alice M. Bach

Alice M. Bach, 83, of Goshen, died Monday, April 28, 2014 at home in Goshen. Alice was born April 13, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Charles and Blanche (Giza) Maloney. Alice retired from the Orange County District Attorney in Goshen as a Support Staff. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church and a member of Court Genevieve Walsh Catholic Daughters. She is survived by her husband, Peter C. Bach at home; her children, Tina M. Bast and husband Martin of Goshen, Beth Klein and husband Jacob of Goshen, Patricia Howe and companion Richard Masi of Goshen, Michael Bach and wife Perri of Leona Valley, CA, Kelly Walsh, and Lisa Putkowski and husband Mark of Warwick, NY; sister, Nora Johnson of Goshen, NY; 13 grandchildren, John Bast, Rebekah Davis, Lauren Bast, Emily Beard, Sarah and Jacob Klein, Elijah Howe, Trent, Bryce and Ethan Bach, Emma Walsh, Leah and Andrew Putkowski; 1 great grandson, Keegan Davis; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, and son-in-law, Jack Walsh. Visitation will be Friday, May 2 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will follow in Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
