Judy L. Williams Campbell Hall, New York Judy L. Williams, 73, of Campbell Hall, died Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Campbell Hall Rehabilitation, Campbell Hall, NY. Judy was born February 15, 1941 in McComas, WV, the daughter of William H. Wellman and Helene (Osborn) Wellman. Judy retired from Arden Hill Hospital, Goshen, as a Food Service Worker. She is survived by her son, Carlos Garcia, Jr. of New Windsor, NY; daughters, Robin S. Delgado and significant other Brian White of Lynchburg, VA, Rosemary McCurtain of Tucson, AZ, and Evelyn M. Garcia and significant other Osmond Smith of Altavista, VA; sisters, Barbara J. Price of Woodbridge, VA, Gail Cacina of New Windsor, NY, and Linda S. Myron of Little Rock, AR; son-in-law, Vince Foster of Salt Lake City, UT; 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Ritaann Foster, brother, William D. Wellman and sister, Shelby J. Ratcliff Visitation will be Saturday, October 11 from 9:00 to 10:30 A.M. at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with the Funeral Service in the funeral home at 10:30 am with the Reverend David Kingsley officiating. Burial will follow in Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, NY. Arrangements under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen.
