Edward A. Toranzo, 71, of Washingtonville, NY died Sunday, March 26, 2017 at home.
Edward was born August 10, 1945 in Argentina, South America, the son of the late Orlando Toranzo and the late Lucilla (Gonzalza) Toranzo. Ed became an American citizen in 1981; he owned his own business Toranzo Paving for many years. He also drove a school bus for the Washingtonville School District and for the Blooming Grove Seniors. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and was very creative.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Toranzo at home; son Bryan Toranzo and wife Allison Goff of Plantersville, TX; grandchild, Ashlar Toranzo of Cornwall, NY; brother, Hugo Toranzo and wife Kathy of Piscataway, NJ; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 30 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY.
The funeral will be held 11:30 am on Friday, March 31, 2017 at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc.
Cremation and burial will be private.
