May the God of love and comfort embrace you in your moments of grief. The Bible tells us at Matthew 5:4 that "Happy are those who mourn, since they will be comforted." With the resurrection hope promised by Jesus in John 5:28, 29 your sorrow will not be forever. Rather, when you draw close to God during this difficult time, he promises to sustain you until that coming day.
