Good Lord Ollie, just got the news from Bill Moran that you and Ronnie passed on within a half hour of each other. God Bless you both. My heart is broken.
I had been inquiring about you all year when I met Nick, Harry, Jim, and Sheik at Spook Rock.. I'm sure they extended you my regards.
I remember well when I first met you. It was a golf outing at Tarry Brae run by you and Harvey Izzo. Later on you invited me to go to Naples on a trip with Sheik and Ronnie. What a blast that was. "Poley on Sheik" .So much fun. Then the trip to Arizona where you screwed your back up. And the horror of the return trip. Couldn't land at Newark, spent 4 hours on the tarmac in Norfork, Virginia. A nightmare
Ollie we took it all in stride. You were a wonderful man and friend. So was Ronnie.
I love you, God Bless you and I will probably see you soon.

To the family of Richard Martin Conklin
It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love. And when it happens, the thought of never again being able to talk to, laugh with, or hold your loved one can be most difficult to bear. But what the Bible teaches about the condition of the dead is comforting. The dead do not suffer pain or heartache, the Bible promises us that one day “death will be no more.” (Revelation 21:4) Many religious leaders falsely claim that they can help those who have died, and people who believe such leaders give them money. But knowing the truth protects us from being deceived by those who teach such lies. We are all prisoners of death. No matter what we do, there is no escape. But Jehovah has the power to release us from death. And he has promised that “the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.”—1 Corinthians 15:26.
Do you think that we will ever live in a paradise? Jehovah tells us: “I have purposed it, and I will also carry it out.” (Isaiah 46:9-11; 55:11) Yes, he will do what he has purposed, and nothing will stop him. Jehovah says that he created the earth for a reason. He “did not create it simply for nothing.” (Isaiah 45:18)
Richard is resting now, but he will hear the voice of God one day, and answer. YES! he will live again.
Sincerely,
Lucille Warren

I never met Richard, but after hearing from his daughter Kerrin what a wonderful man he was, I can only wish I had. My condolences to all of Richard's family and other loved ones.
