Gordon R. Beers, 76, of Goshen, died Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Gordon was born August 14, 1942 in Middletown, NY, the son of James and Inez (Pittaluga) Beers. He was a lifetime Orange County resident and President of Haas Plumbing & Heating, Salisbury Mills, NY. Gordon was a beloved husband, dedicated father, devoted grandfather and loved his family above all else. He is survived by his wife, Margaret A. Beers at home; children, Catherine Turner and husband Andrew of Circleville, NY, Timothy Beers and wife Lisa of Walden, NY and Matthew Beers and wife Julia of Circleville, NY; five grandchildren, Hailey, Lauren, Benjamin, Luke and Leianna. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Inez Beers. Visitation will be Friday, January 11 from 6 to 8 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at St. John The Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
