I remember him as a very kind and hard-working man. He loved his family to no end, and he will never stop loving them or being there for them from Heaven. He will be very missed but deserves to rest in the sweetest peace.

I was an aide for Tom in his home and I remember Tom to be a kind, gentle family man with a big heart. We enjoyed watching Animal Planet on Saturday afternoons. I will miss him. My prayers are with you, Sheila and your family during this difficult time. All my love , Carmela

My dad loved his family and his honey bunny, my mom. He was a hard worker who loved to help others. He had a strong faith in God and he never lost that faith, not even when he was diagnosed with early onset dementia. I am grateful for all the years we had him with us. He is at rest now. I will miss you forever, love you dad.

What I always loved about My grandpa was when we visited him at the nursing home, before we left we would all hug him and he would kiss us back.

I will remember grandpa because every time I visited him I had a smile on my face and that we used to do the best squeeze hugs. By Ryan Thomas MacKay

He was my grandfather and I loved him very much. When we would go to the nursing home, I would always give him an air kiss before we left, and he would kiss me back. I didn’t really know him as much as other people but one thing that I know is...I loved him and he loved me. We will love and miss him from now and until the day we die. He will always be in our memory. And he will always be by our side no matter what, when, or where.
Love,
Emily MacKay

He was my Uncle and Godfather... He introduced me to the music of Led Zeppelin And other iconic rock bands.
He used to make us mini bagels with cream cheese, onion, and sunflower seeds while we sat around the table chatting n catching up when he would visit us in Florida...
He and my Mother had a chess board set up that they would use to play one another—once they had a game that lasted over two years! He was my Mother’s/his Sister’s only REAL competition at chess!
And he was his SISTER’s best friend & travel buddy as they took cruises and made memories that I know she will close during this painful time.
He was a fantastic Uncle—because of him and the value he put on family, I had my cousins growing up. They say your siblings and cousins are your first friends in life.... Because of him and those tires that bind, I had mine—and for that and a million other things,I am so very grateful.
Uncle Tom, you are so loved, and you will be missed tremendously. Fly high, and tell Uncle Jim n Daddy that we miss them, too. I know you are all together—watching over us. ❤️
Your niece, Carrie & Family
