It has been my honor to have known Louie and Peggy for many tears. Though it was Lou and I who served the Village of Goshen , Peggy was the one to get us to work so hard together for the benefit of the community we all loved so well.
My fondest memories of Peggy, as she grew older, were the times she set up her chair in front of our house, we wrapped her in a blanket, and she shared watching the St. Patrick's Day Parades with my family on Lincoln Avenue.
Bless that beautiful woman.
