To the most amazing Mom anyone could ever ask for, We all Loved you so much and will always hold in our hearts all the memories, lessons and Love you showed us and to share forever. People spend their whole lives hoping for or to be touched by an Angel. How fortunate we were we had one for a mom.

My Aunt Jean was a wonderful cook. Even when cooking something regular, she’s jazz it up with a certain spice or flavoring. One of my all time favorite dinners with her & her family was when she prepared fresh trout. It tasted great & she would always make enough to include me. I never ate trout anywhere else where trout tasted so well. It was those “little things” that made her so special.
