Ruth O. Bill Middletown, New York Formerly of Wood-Ridge, NJ Ruth O. Bill, 83, of Middletown, NY, formerly of Wood-Ridge, NJ, passed away Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Orange Regional Medical Center-Horton Campus, Middletown, NY. Ruth was born September 22, 1926 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of George and Olga (Vonstaden) Blackwell. She is survived by her husband, Walter M. Bill of Middletown formerly of Wood-Ridge, NJ; 2 daughters, Robin J. Chionchio and husband Joseph of Goshen and Holly J. Mazzola and husband Richard of Clinton, NJ; sister-in-law, Dorothea Benedix of Jersey City, NJ; brother-in-law, William Bill of Texas; 4 grandchildren, Nicole, Anthony, Ria and Daniel; niece, Janice Arcaro and nephew, Kenneth Blackwell. She was predeceased by her brother, Harold Blackwell. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday, April 21 at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home with the Reverend David Kingsley officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst, NJ. Memorial donations may be made in Ruth's name to the Goshen Humane Society, P.O. Box 37, Goshen, NY 10924. Arrangements under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen.
