Dear Jimmy and Doug, I am so very sorry for your loss. While Jeannie was sick for a long time, somehow we never seem to be prepared for such a loss, most especially someone as full of life as Jeannie. I have no doubt she is still with you both, but most especially when you least expect it. May she comfort you in your time of need and may you both be comforted by how very available you were for her in her time of need. Jeannie spoke of you both with pride and more than that, love. Dear Jimmy and Doug, I’m so very sorry to hear of Jeannie’s passing. I have so many memories of her through the years and all of them involve laughter! She was so warm, thoughtful and generous. Jeannie had a heart of gold and a wonderful sense of humor. She fought long and hard and you were with her through it all. Now she is at peace.
