Please accept my deepest condolences. My eldest brother also was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at a very young age. It is a difficult burden to carry but it sounds like your daughter enjoyed her life, however short it might have been.
Remember that you didn't 'lose' her, you have just lost sight of her for a while until we're reunited in Heavenly places.
May God bring you His peace that passes all understanding during this time of mourning Jennifer.
