To Dave's Family, I was saddened to hear of Dave's passing. I worked with him at WALL in the late 60's and have thought of him over the past years. He was funny, kind, compassionate and I remember that he loved his family. Please know that those of us who knew him long ago may not have kept up with him, but he remained in our thoughts. geri konigsberg

My memories of Dave were from his time at WNSR. Dave usually followed me on the weekend and we would chat together for the hour or so that Dave arrived before his show. Dave liked to talk about how he and his wife were meticulously restoring their Victorian home doing the work by themselves. Dave was very likable he also was very proud of his sons. I remember Dave as a good kind man. God rest his soul and my condolences to his family.

I grew up in Queens and listened to the great voice of Dave Charity on WPLJ. It was a thrill to meet him at the Wall Radio parties when I worked there and we enjoyed knowing him from Orange Hollow as well.He was a true gentleman.
