Loretta C. Tresnan, 89, of Rhinebeck, NY passed away Friday, February 18, 2011 at Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck, NY. Loretta was born April 2, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Thomas and Sarah (Diamond) Martin. She was the widow of William J. Tresnan. Loretta was a member of the Catholic Daughters, AOH, the Goshen Garden Club, a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and at Valley View Nursing Care and a Eucharist Minister at St. John the Evangelist Church in Goshen. She is survived by her children, Peter T. Tresnan and wife Patricia of New York, NY, William J. Tresnan and wife Jeanne of Fishkill, NY, Thomas M. Tresnan and wife Jane of Westfield, NJ and Mary Ellen Moran and husband Kevin of Milford, PA; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, February 26 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM and Sunday, February 27 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, February 28 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
