Dear Cynthia. Sorry about your dad, I had great respect for him.once when I came to pick you up for skiing, he took me aside and told me how important it was for me to drive carefully, because of all he had seen in his career, and how much he worried for our safety. then he gave me his #. & the # for troop F. It was just between us. He was very kind about it, and he made me feel important and grown up. My mom passed last mo. and I was just in Goshen for her service. Carl Boyhan. Marc Tolan, Frank Hegadish, Billy Fredrick, Lucy Snyder and the Kraig girls came. I was very touched. I don'T know if you are still in touch with Kelly. I'll call her and let her know, again I am sorry for your family's loss. Cynthia I have very fond memmories of you.,and I hope to see you at our class reunion in July. Love John

Rocky was one of the best troopers and men that ever wre the uniform. We worked together in 1957 and 1958 and attended non com schools together.We were both veterans of the forgotten war in Korea before becoming troopers. Throughout his career he was a great guy and one you would beg to have beside you when times were rough. He truly was one of the ten percent that made the Division what it was in our days. He will be in my prayers along with his family.

My parents played golf with Helen and Rocky. I remember their daughter "Dink". I was reconnected with Rocky when he came to physical therapy a few years ago in Goshen. God bless the family and may he be at peace. Love, Tink and Molly too

Grandpa Rocky will surely be missed by many. He touched many lives, including mine. I was honored to have him as a step-grandfather. I will always cherish the memories. RIP Love you and will miss you.
