Frank J. Murabito, 79, of Harrison, NY, died Sunday, October 30, 2011. He was born December 10, 1931 in Goshen, NY, the son of Vincent and Carmela (Martinez) Murabito. Frank served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired mathematics teacher for the Harrison Central School District. He is survived by his wife, Alice Hogan Murabito, children, Frank, Carol, Daniel and James(Tracie) and grandchildren, Daniel, Maria, Christopher, Anna, James, Katie, Samantha, and Caroline. In addition, he is survived by sisters, Josephine Contorino and Anne LaRue as well as many nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his sister, Carmela Torrisi, and brothers, Salvatore and Anthony Murabito. Visitation will be Thursday, November 3 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM & 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, November 4 at 10:30 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen,, NY. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen. Donations may be made in his name to: The Eugene J. Feeley Student Aid Fund, 255 Union Avenue, Harrison, NY 10528 or VFW Post 1708-Goshen Memorial Post, P.O. Box 910, Goshen, NY 10924-0910.
