I will never forget all the great memories I have from West Point with Mr. Murray cooking up those fantastic steaks and taking us back and forth from the game. Although I hardly made it to the game because we tended to have too much fun before the game I never missed the steaks. Thanks for all the memories and rest in peace

May my uncle and Godfather live an everlasting life in heaven, reunited with family and friends. Our lives will again converge in the future.
Uncle Hap was a very gregarious individual who like to pull pranks on his numerous Murray nieces and nephews. I have one such fond memory of a Halloween gathering at our grand parents home. Each time we looked out the window a scarey creature would appear.
"For surely goodness and kindness shall follow and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever."
My sympathies to Aunt Rosemary and my cousins and their families. Uncle Hap has been called to the Lord and everlasting life.

Hap has been a part of our extended family since the early 90s when my brother, Joe, met and later married his daughter, Bernadette.
At every family function for the past 21+ years, we were greeted by his warm smile, a hug, and a kiss followed by his many stories from the past. He was a wonderful person and a proud WWII veteran who touched all of us deeply.
There will be yet another void at our family table, but his spirit along with our beloved ones passed will always be with us and never forgotten.
May he rest in peace. Our condolences and hearts go out to his entire family.

I remember the pure joy on my father's face when a car slowed in front of our house and a man's voice shouted "Pork Chop". My father (Henry Roe) never turned around but responded with "Hot Lips"!
You are in our thoughts and prayers.
