Rose A. Dineen Goshen, New York Rose A. Dineen, age 97, of Goshen, NY, passed away Friday, June 29, 2012 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Rose was born September 20, 1914 in Goshen, NY, the daughter of the late Walter and Veronica (Shuback) Adamkosky. She was the widow J. Russell Dineen. Rose retired as Democratic Deputy Commissioner for Orange County Board of Elections, Goshen, N.Y. She is survived by her children, Michael Dineen and wife Ann of Middletown; Terence Dineen and wife Janice of Pittsburgh, PA, and Karen Holm and husband Leonard W. of West Hempstead, NY; brother, Walter Adamkosky of Columbus, OH; sister, Mary Shutte of Oakland, NJ; 7 grandchildren, Michael Dineen, Mary Dodd and Patrick Dineen, Leonard Holm, Janine Berie, Timothy Dineen and Thomas Dineen; 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 2 sisters, Mary Shutte and Ceceila Adamkosky and her brother, Joseph Adamkosky. Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, July 6 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen,, NY. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen. Arrangements under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen, NY.
