Patricia R. Greany, 66, of Maybrook passed away Monday, June 25, 2012 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Patricia was born February 28, 1946 in the Bronx, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph Hoban and Marie Hoban . She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent C. Greany, Sr. on August 17, 2011. Pat retired as an Administrative Assistant from Fordham University in the Bronx after over 25 years of service. She was a member of Assumption Church in Maybrook, NY and she volunteered at the Town of Montgomery senior center independence program. She is survived by her 4 children, Joey Greany, Vincent Greany Jr. and his wife Kristina, Kevin Madigan and Terri Kasman; brothers, Joseph Hoban and wife Maureen and Dennis Hoban and wife Kathy; 4 grandchildren, Destinee Madigan, Noah Kasman, Jonah Kasman and Vincent James Greany; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, June 28 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM & 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Friday, June 29 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be on Friday, June 29 at 11:30 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen,, NY. Burial will follow in Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY. Memorial contributions may be made in Pat's name to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen.
