JOSEPHINE GUGLIOTTA MAY 1, 1920 - JANUARY 13, 2009 Josephine Gugliotta, 88, a 56 year area resident of Goshen, NY died Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Park Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Middletown, NY. Josephine was born May 1, 1920 in Misilmerri, Italy the daughter of Antonio and Claudia Schimenti. She was the widow of Joseph Gugliotta. Josephine is survived by her son, Joseph Gugliotta and wife Margaret of New Hampton; 2 daughters, Marie Lempka and husband Lewis of Slate Hill; Claudia Briscese and husband James of Bloomingburg; 5 grandchildren, Kathleen Myers and husband Joseph, Michael Lempka, Lisa Brown and husband Ben, Christina Wynn and husband John and Diane Marberger and husband Brad; 8 great-grandchildren and one on the way and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, January 15, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church St., Goshen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, January 16, 2009 at 12:30 pm at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave., Goshen. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
