Obituary of Dorothy M. Andrews

Dorothy M. Andrews, 96, of Coburg Village Way, Rexford, NY, died Friday, January 4, 2013 at Samaritan Hospital, Troy, NY. Dorothy was born November 29, 1916 in Elizabeth, NJ, the daughter of Herbert and Emma (Stark) Meyer. She was the wife of Chapman R. Andrews, they celebrated their 68th anniversary on July 19, 2008, before he died on February 23, 2009. In addition to her parents, and husband Chapman she was predeceased by her son, Alan W. Andrews who was killed in Vietnam March 22, 1967. She is survived by her three daughters, Bonnie Marie Burgoyne and husband, Frank of Middletown, Susan Roberts of Glenville, NY and Janet Bibens and her husband, Melford of West Rupert, VT; six grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews No Visitation. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Wallkill "Phillipsburg" Cemetery, Middletown, NY.
