WILLIAM J. LOTZE FEBRUARY 10, 1942 - JANUARY 17, 2009 William J. Lotze, 66, of Goshen, NY died unexpectedly Saturday, January 17, 2009 in Goshen, NY. Bill was born February 10, 1942 in Forest Hills, NY the son of William and Dorothy (O'Donnell) Lotze. He served in the U.S. Air Force, was a Car Salesman at Healey Brothers in Goshen; a member of the Al Turi Golf League, Past Fire Commissioner in Goshen, a member of the Kiwanis and a member of the White Oaks Hunting Club. Bill is survived by his wife: Mary Lotze at home; 5 daughters, Elizabeth Lotze of Goshen, Lisa Doyle and husband Keith of Campbell Hall, Laura Burns and husband Tom of Campbell Hall, Melissa Andreotti and husband Mark of Hoboken, NJ and Julie Maloy and husband Chris of Pine Bush; brothers, James Lotze and wife Mary of Skillman, NJ and Jack Lotze of Southhold, NY; sister, Janet Blake of Southhold, NY; 6 grandchildren, Ryan Maloy, Timothy Doyle, Brendan Doyle, Glen Doyle, Declan Burns and Eleni Andreotti; nephew, Michael; and nieces, Christine, Vanessa and Claudia. He was predeceased by his parents and first wife Anne Marie Lotze. Visitation will be Monday, January 19, 2009 from 4-8 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 11:30 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Avenue, Goshen. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Bill to a charity of ones choice. Arrangements under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen.
