Christopher J. Duda, 56, of Goshen died Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York, NY. Chris was born September 21, 1956 in St. Louis, MO, the son of the late William and the late Ruth M (Hundelt) Duda. He was a gunsmith at Gunsmithing Limited, Connecticut. He is survived by his wife, Ruth R. Duda at home; brother, Dan Duda and wife Sandy of New Hampshire; sister, Karen Cannon and husband Tim of St. Louis, MO, Mary Williams of Connecticut, and Patty McEachern and husband Bob of South Carolina; 7 nieces, Sydney, Maureen, Bridget, Katie, Alex, Kaitlin, and Shannon; and his four legged best buddy, Mason. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 14 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 15 at 10:00 am at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, NPCF, P.O. Box 1848, Longmont, CO 80502 (pancreaticcancerfoundation.com) or a charity of ones choice.
