Regina F. Spreitzer New Windsor, New York Regina F. Spreitzer, 87, of New Windsor died Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Elant at Goshen in Goshen, NY. Reginawas born April 20, 1926 inGermany. She is the daughter of Max and Freida Speck. She was the widow of Joseph F. Spreitzer. She was a terrific mom, grandmother and great grandmother who vowed never to grow up. She is survived by her two sons, Thomas J. Spreitzer of Goshenand Joseph T. Spreitzer and wife Patricia of Mechanicsville, sister, Carla Dobbins; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, Joseph and daughter, Kathryn Hoegler. Visitation will be Sunday, January 5 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm and 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc,82 South Church Street,Goshen,NY.
