Steven G. Bogart Goshen, New York Steven G. Bogart, 61, of Goshen, NY died Sunday, February 1, 2009 at Orange Regional Medical Center-Arden Hill Campus, Goshen. Steve was born March 4, 1947 in Teaneck, NJ the son of the late Christopher S. and Elizabeth Bogart. He was the husband of Martha H. Huestis Bogart. He was a Senior Engineer for IBM East Fishkill, NY, former Fire Commissioner of Goshen Fire Department, Honorary member of the Cataract Engine and Hose Co. #1, Chair of Engineering Advisory Board at SUNY New Paltz, Honorary member of the Goshen Fire Police, member of Orange County Ares/Races, committeeman for Goshen Republican Committee and former member of the Goshen ZBA. Steve is survived by his wife: Martha H. Bogart at home; mother, Elizabeth Bogart of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Jane Bogart-Schmidt and husband David Schmidt of Goshen, NY; brothers, Chris Bogart and wife Cathy of Luray, VA, Robert Bogart and wife Janet of Goose Creek, SC, Kenneth Bogart and wife Sandra of Phoenix, AZ, George Bogart and wife Annette of El Paso, TX, James Bogart and wife Janice of Hohenwald, TN; sister, Betty Bogart of Miami, FL; grandson, Eric and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4, 2009 from 3:00 to 6:30 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church St., Goshen. The Funeral Service will be Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home with Father Carl Lunden officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
