Christopher J. O'Hanrahan, 58, of New Hampton, NY, died Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown, NY. Chris was born February 14, 1956 in Englewood, NJ, the son of the late John and Joan (Ritz) O'Hanrahan. He was a Salesman for Majestic Abbey Carpet in Middletown, NY. Chris was a loving husband, wonderful son and proud father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Cookie O'Hanrahan at home; his mother Joan O'Hanrahan of Paramus, NJ; 4 sons, Christopher of New Hampton, Joseph of Charlotte, NC, Nicholas of Middletown, and Gregory of New Hampton; brother, Neal O'Hanrahan of Seattle, WA; sister, Patricia Kucz and husband Joseph of Middletown; granddaughter, Alana; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, John O'Hanrahan. Visitation will be Friday, June 13 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Funeral Mass will be held 9:00 am on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at St. John The Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made in Chris's name to a charity of ones choice. Arrangements under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., Goshen.
