James A. Biggs, 66, of Port Jervis, died Monday, July 21, 2014.
James was born December 31, 1947 in Yonkers, NY, the son of the late Edward J. Biggs and Claire C. (Bugler) Biggs.
He served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War from 1966 to 1969
Visitation will be Saturday, July 26 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with the Funeral at 12:45 pm in the funeral home.
Burial will be in Manning Cemetery, Greenville on Saturday, July 26 at 2:00 pm.
