Obituary of Doris E. Werner

Doris E.Werner September 17,1920----January 20, 2015 Campbell Hall, N.Y. Doris E Werner, 94, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Campbell Hall Nursing Center, Campbell Hall, NY. Doris was the daughter of Louis & Carolina Doebrich, She was the widow of Charles Werner. She had been married to Charles for over 50 years. Doris had lived with her daughter and husband, Diane & Thomas Breen of Campbell Hall, prior to that she lived in the state of Florida for many years. Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. A Lady of great faith, she attended St.Paul's Lutheran Church, for worship & Bible study. She had many friends who adored her, her lovely voice kept her active in the Praise team at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Daytona Beach, FL. Earlier in life she loved roller skating, bowling, crossword puzzles, crocheting, and Bingo with Hamptonburgh Seniors, water acrobats at theYMCA in Florida. Alzheimer's may have taken her memoires & skills, we will always remember her blues eyes, warm smile and loving heart, she will be missed. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Breen and her husband Thomas of Campbell Hall; son, Glenn Werner & his wife Antonia of Maine and her cousin, Barbara Stahl of Walden. The family would like to thank the nurses and aids of Campbell Hall Rehab Center. Visitation will be Monday, January 26 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with the funeral service at 7:30 pm in the Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Lee Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
