Catherine M. Lewis, age 97, of Goshen, NY died peacefully Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at Glen Arden Health Care Center, Goshen.
Mrs. Lewis was born November 23, 1909 at Ft. Schuyler, NY the daughter of the late James M. and Margaret M.(Meagher) Lewis.
She was a resident of the Goshen area for over 40 years and an active member of St. John the Evangelist R. C. Church.
She was employed by Denhard & Stewart, New York, NY as an Office Manager.
She is survived by her nephews, Peter Lewis of MA, Kenneth Lewis of VA, James Lewis of FL and a niece Kathleen Dawley of FL.
. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006 at 10:00 AM at St. John The Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery, Flushing
