Obituary of Geraldine V. Holly

Geraldine V. Geri Holly, age 81, a homemaker of Goshen, NY, formally of Boiling Springs, PA, died Saturday, January 13, 2007 at her residence in Goshen. Mrs. Holly was born November 29, 1925 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Joseph A..and Julia V.(Meara) Gartner. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of St. John the Evangelist R. C. Church, Goshen and a member of the Military Wives Club. She is survived by nieces and nephews; Dr. John V. Gartner and his wife, Barbara Hoffman of St. Petersburg, FL; Kathryn Raffe and her husband Lance of Delmar, NY; Joseph Gartner of Goshen, NY; Teresa Escobar and her husband Miguel of Goshen, NY; James Gartner and his wife Mary Anne of Poughquag, NY; grand nieces and nephews, Shaunna, Kaitlyn, Brenna and Jimmie; cousins, Anne Meara and Jerry Stiller, Amy Stiller, Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor. Calling hours will be Thursday, Jan. 18, 2007 at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church St., Goshen, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M.. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Jan. 19, 2007 at 1:00 PM at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen. Internment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA on Monday, Jan. 22, 2007.
