Given Gram's spirit and ability to bounce back after any type of health issue, I thought I'd be planning her 100th birthday party! We've had such fun times with Gram, and so many great memories. When we were little, she used to make us home made play dough, and take us to Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips, and make us any type of stuffed, button-covered animal under the sun! We're so grateful that she was able to move, locally, to be near us where we could visit with her. I'll miss our Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons together. I'll miss her presiding over our Parcheesi games, our birthday trips to Friendly's, her askew wigs, Buddy's "Tootsie-wootsie" games, seeing her wearing my scarf, but most of all I'll miss her sweet smile and adorable laugh. I LOVE YOU GRAM. To quote the best, "Thanks a million"!
