Kenny was one of a kind. His sense of humor second to none. He could always make me laugh and smile. I knew I could always count on him. Whether it was my car or life in general, he always knew what to do or say to make things better.
I knew Kenny for 20 years. His story was that he was chasing me for 20 years. When he lost his leg, he told me he wasn't going to stop. I just had to slow down because he wasn't as fast as he used to be.
There will forever be an emptiness in my heart now that he is gone. I can't wrap my mind around the fact that I'll never watch a race with him again, never shoot pool with him again. He was my pool coach, my mechanic, but more importantly he was my friend. And I will never forget him.
