Obituary of Jay B. Case

Jay B. Case, age 60, of Goshen, NY died Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at Orange Regional Medical Center Horton Campus, Middletown, NY. Jay was born November 6, 1946 in Nyack, NY the son of the late Jay B. Case II and the late Mary (Boars) Case. He was the husband of Marline I. Davis. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed by Valley Central High School, in Montgomery, NY as a School Custodian, and he was a member of the Goodwill Presbyterian Church in Montgomery. He is survived by his wife: Marline (Davis) Case at home; sons, Timothy Spears of Middletown, Thomas Spears of Middletown, Leroy Spears of Pine Bush, Albert Spears of Middletown, Leonard Spears of Middletown and Jay M. Case; daughters, Brenda Spears of Goshen, Rebecca Ditzaur of Lake Sheldrake, Christine Kaminski of Goshen, Irene Case, Kathleen Case of Mastic Beach, NY and Jennifer Case; sisters, Terry Parks of California and Merril Case of California; 24 grandchildren one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, September 27, 2007 from 7-9 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church St., Goshen. Funeral Services will be on Friday, September 28, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Goshen. Contributions may be made in Jays name to an Animal Shelter of ones choice. Arrangements made under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Goshen.
