Mabel Mulligan Goshen, NY Mabel Mulligan, 89, of Goshen entered into rest with her family by her side on Sunday, April 20, 2008 at Elant at Goshen, Goshen, NY. Mabel was born September 19, 1918 in New York, NY the daughter of Michael and Katherine (Ofchak) Chaputa. She was the widow of Thomas J. Mulligan. She was a retired secretary at St. Vincent Hospital in Staten Island, NY. A volunteer at Arden Hill Hospital and the Red Door Thrift Shop, and Vice President of the Senior Citizens of Goshen, NY She is survived by her son, Thomas J. Mulligan and his wife Linda of Goshen; daughter Maureen Anagnostis and her husband Harold of Staten Island, NY; three grandchildren Brian Mulligan, Renee Mulligan and Stephen Anagnostis and 4 great grandchildren: Jacob, Olivia, Nicholas and Alexander; and a 5th great grandchild on the way Rebecca. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 22, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Donovan Funeral Home, 82 South Church St., Goshen. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave., Goshen. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mabels name to a charity of ones choice. Arrangements under the care of the Donovan Funeral Home, Goshen.
