Rose M. Maly, 86, of Port St. Lucie, FL., entered into rest on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Treasure Coast Hospice of Ft. Pierce, FL. Rose was born October 2, 1929 in Middletown, NY, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Wontz) Janiak. Rose retired as a Home Health Care Aide and was a member of the Council of the Aging "The Club". Rose loved her family, she was a generous soul. She enjoyed her pets, gardening and a good joke! Her favorite sport was Nascar and almost never missed a race on TV. Rose will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She taught us how to carry on when life went the wrong way. Her Catholic Faith was very firm and we know God has set a special place for her in heaven. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Kesselman and husband Robert and Felice Pawelcyzk and husband Mark; brother, Vincent Janiak; sister, Mary Orzeck; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Rose was predeseased by her husband Charles H. Maly and her son Charles J. Maly. Visitation will be Friday, December 18 from 4 to 7 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc., 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 71 Murray Ave, Goshen, NY. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Goshen, New York. Following the Funeral Rose's Family and Friends are invited to Franco Di Roma's on Route 211 in Middletown for a Buffet Luncheon at 12:00 noon.
