It strikes me that Tom did most things in his life that he wanted.. and did them well. One of the few regrets I ever had was not to ask him if I could accompany him to Alaska.. I was too intimidated. I really enjoyed some of his tales about diesel repair , but the real coup de grace was to hit a political sore spot with Tom at the Thanksgiving table..that was pure symphony!
Really glad I knew him.. and the entire family.
Life is a journey thru time, often a passage undertaken by oneself.
Sometimes an extra pair of hands on the oars will enable one to overcome
what seems to be the most stubborn of tides that runs against us. Quite
often Tommy Kehoe was that Extra pair of hands on the oars for many a
person.
