Dear Ginger, I am so sorry I was not able to make it to the service. It was important to me to say goodbye to my dear friend Ethel. She was such a kind and encouraging person, not only in my life but in the life of my family. She will be missed. One of my favorite memories of her is when I worked for her. Around the holidays she would happily approach everyone and simply say "Fresh or Frozen?" To this day, my grown children remember who was responsible for all the wonderful turkeys we had. My prayers are with you Sincerely, Arlene J Hughes

Love and laughter, Ethel was probably my late husbands best friend. My dearest memory was going to St. Marys in Tuxedo With Ethel and Rev Bates when my sister was visiting from England, then lunch at the Duck Cedar. Good times.Wonderful people. Goodnight and God Bless Ethel
